Holland, Michigan
Park2Park is organized by supporters of Neighbors Plus, a non-profit Christian Community Development Organization that provides programs to help individuals, children, and families reach next step goals. Partnered with Harderwyk Ministries on the north side of Holland, our purpose is to share time, knowledge, skills, and love with our neighbors and our community.
Our Vision is to Build a Stronger Community by Educating, Guiding, and Caring
Educating: We provide skill training and practical idea sharing in areas essential for reaching individual life goals.
Guiding: Walking side by side with our neighbors, we learn together and follow the path toward God’s bigger plan for our lives.
Caring: We are for the person and the personal success of our neighbors.
What We Do
* Elementary-Aged Children: Great Escape Summer Day Camp, Kids Hope mentors at Lakeshore Elementary School, and Wednesday After School Recess for Kids Hope students.
*Middle Schoolers: Alternative Suspension Program with West Ottawa & Holland Public Schools, After School Tutoring at West Ottawa Middle Schools, and Kids Hope Next.
